1. By car: Zhongshan Highway --> Chongqing N. Rd. --> Daye Rd. --> Xinbeitou
2. Take Airport Shuttle Bus-GuoGuang Bus from the airport to Taipei Railway Station, then take MRT to Xinbeitou Station.
